Hi All, I really hope someone has a suggestion on how to get Optus to help me. No amount of calls or chats have provided any solution. My issue is during the day Mon- Fri we can and do acheive speeds of upto 85mbps but once 5pm comes the speed drops so low we cannot even watch the Fetch TV. With speeds recorded of below 1mbps! surly this is not acceptable as we are not receiving an internet connection worth paying for. Thanks for any suggestions
You are lucky that you even get speed upto 85 Mbps during day. I get only upto 40 Mbps and after 5 p.m I get below 3Mbps. By the way I have 100/40 Mbps NBN speed. I have talked to over 10 staffs. Its the worst internet service I have ever used.
