There is some basic navigational issues. After much patience, I got a temporary password to log in to my account. I did so and then I looked, and looked and looked for the place to change my password. Nothing. I went to the YES crowd and there were some instructions. Fine, I then went to MY Account and expected the Change password option but nothing. It seems that the screens are overloaded and busy with stuff you don't want. No I don't want a mobile or fetch TV or NBN!! I just want to change my password.
How do you change your password?

Go to My Account. Click on Profile then click on Account Information
