I recently changed service providers for my mobile to take advantage of the discount on bundle deals, as I signed up for ADSL aswell. I am now on a new mobile contract, only to receive a letter in the mail advising that my address was not servicble for ADSL. I have spoken to Optus a number of times on the phone and in person and was told ADSL was available- this was the reason I took out a new mobile plan with Optus. Can you please look into this as im not sure why I have gotten different feedback. when I signed up the customer service lady checked my address which was obviously verified as serviceable.
