Absolute shocking service from Optus. Trying to relocate for two weeks and cannot get a straight answer from anyone about anything. Couldn't get an activation date, never got told about a new modem which has now been sent back to warehouse and never got told it would be $10 extra a month for NBN.
Been online, over the phone and in store and no one can help.
Trying to cancel everything and they can't even get that right!
The NBN pricing is different than the other pricing due to the way it's delivered.
Stores don't arrange relocations as far as I know, your best bet if your still feeling really inclined is to go down the complaints path at www.optus.com.au/complaints
