Services have been cancelled - what do I do with the Optus equipment?

I’ve recently moved to another internet provider due to ongoing issues with my Optus connection and service.


ive emailed the customer relations team to workout what I need to do with the Optus equipment but surprise surprise I have had no reply!


im afraid that I will continue to be charged for the services or I’ll be charged fees for hanging on to this equipment as nothing seems to have been properly handled by the Optus staff to date.


Can someone please let me know what to do with the 3 modems (don’t ask 🙄) I have and the fetch box.  Do I just drop off to a retail store?

A quick search of the forum probably would have provided the answer but definitely don't try drop off at a shop (although that really would have made a lot of sense as a return process). Just contact Optus online (App, Livechat, Facebook) and request a return satchel be sent out. They'll cover the cost. You only need to return the Fetch Unit (include remote, fetch and power cable and you're good) 


The modems are yours to keep.
