A quick search of the forum probably would have provided the answer but definitely don't try drop off at a shop (although that really would have made a lot of sense as a return process). Just contact Optus online (App, Livechat, Facebook) and request a return satchel be sent out. They'll cover the cost. You only need to return the Fetch Unit (include remote, fetch and power cable and you're good)
