Lost service to our adsl service just over 2 weeks ago. Tech has been out to ‘check’ but still no answers. Haven’t even heard back regarding what’s going on. Just a text saying yes there is an issue!
How incompetent can you be?
One phone call I was on hold for 2 hours, spoke to 3 people and still no answers.
