I cancelled my optus service within 24 hours of receiving my modem. (actually receiving the modem was a comedy of errors).
Now I am being billed for a service that I never had.
Optus very difficult to contact and deal with.
When sold the service vied an unsolicited call I was promised that if the service was not satisfactory I would not be billed. I contacted Optus within 24 hours of receiving the modem and canselled the service. It took weeks to actually return the modem due to Optus not sending out a return satchel. Many phone calls and an attempt to try and return the modem via a store I finally received a satchel and returned the modem. By the way the SIM card was not even opened let alone used.
Optus staff are incompetent and supported by a unreliable unworkable system.
