I am a technician that needs to reserve a set of IP addresses in a client's Optus router for some equipment we have installed in a client's house.
If I click on the "Add Entries" button I am taken to a blank page with no fields to create entries.
Every other page on the router works fine and I have tried 4 browsers with the same result. Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge, so I doubt it's a browser issue.
This is a brand new router and a new installation. Firmware is 10.something (I forget exactly and am not at the client's house).
After previous experiences trying to get technical support from Optus I do not relish going down that path, especially since it will require the client coming home from work to validate his account.
Anyone have any ideas? This is extremely inportant and if it can't be solved the client will have no choice but to move away from Optus.
