This is the second (in two weeks) Sagemcom F@ST 3864V3AC modem.
Both have problems with their DHCP service.
This can be seen from the Advanced Settings -> Device Info -> DHCP (see below)
I am hoping someone can forward this onto support - and that an obvious bug can be fixed...
I have been having the exact same issues with no resolution from the technical team.
Originally my FTTB basement wouldn't stay connected which was the first issue. Once become stable again my devices are still not being reassigned a new IP after the allocated time period.
I have had both a Sagemcom F@ST 3864V3AC & a Sagemcom F@ST 3864V3OP Modems supplied with no resolution.
Clearly, both of the Modems are replicating the exact same issues which means they have some sort of software fault for the DHCP function for both Wi-Fi & Cabled devices.
This clearly needs to be addressed...
