It is probably a bad segement of code. That is the most logical explanation.
The 5366 is littered with bad code and design, I gave up reporting issues when I got up to 16 (check out my last paragraph here) and that was just from a cursory glance.

The 5366TN 2.4GHz WiFi seems to work better with my "b/g" Radio when the AX mode is disabled. Though, some radio stations have the most horrendous streaming problems.
