SMTP port been blocked

Hi all

 

I'm a new Optus cable user and I'm using 3rd party mail service. So I need to access port 25 of 3rd party IP, but it been blocked by default.

 

Tried to unblock it but the web page no loger work: https://memberservices.optusnet.com.au/mailfilter/. Where can I disable this function?

Blocked or rejected.. Normally you'd get an error code and the explanation simular to "No Relay Alllowed". Are you receiving any codes?

No code, I believe it is blocked. I captured the packet, wireshark shows TCP request to our smtp server port 25 had no response. The server works fine with mobile network or others ISP.

@Jannet - Would be best to speak with our faults department for this one, they should be able to look into this for you. Their number is 13 13 44. Let us know how you go!
