Router not connecting

After several attempts at resetting, I have just about given up.

Modem appears fine but the router DSL light just keep flashing orange...

No internet is making Year 12 VCE homework a challenge for my son so I need to work this out.

Do I need a new router?

Do I need a tech to come out?

Help!
