Return delay fee despite several requests to send courier bag

Hi

 

I had cancelled my Broadband connection and was advised that I have to return the set top box, modem etc.

 

At the nominated address, I have never received any bag or any item for the said equipment. So, I could not organise any courier pickup.

 

I was hit with the return delay fee without any prior notice or reminders, and also despite my repeated requests to send me the bag etc and courier info.

 

Can someone look into this please?
