Hi there, I cancel my ADSL and Optus TV by FETCH 1 October 2017. I was told Optus would send a courier package to return the box, but after two months It has not arrived, and now they are charging an STB Return Delay Fee.
I do not think this is fair when I have to wait for Optus in order to return the equipment.
Please, can you someone let me know the address I should take the box.

The STB Fee will be recredited / removed once Optus recieve the box (they really only need the PVR itself and the remote back).
You'll need to contact live chat and they will send out a courier pouch for you to use. Make sure they have the correct address on file.
