Just a thought that there are probably a lot of wireless customers that haven't been able to boost their data allowance (or got any free bonus data). I believe you can already buy a second plan if you want for the same property and swap the SIMs. The problem is at the moment its also a 24 month contract.
Was thinking that a sensible solution might be to offer a bolt on service that can be month to month only. Perhaps another 500Gb or if data is an issue just an extra 200Gb. Ideally customers could just use it via their first SIM but sending out a second also works. Of course charge for it appropriately.
Just an idea.
