Relocation gone wrong

I've just had my broadband & home phone line relocated which went smoothly. However, Optus have treated the relocation like a new service. For some reason I need to "activate it" and my phone number (optus portable issue) has been changed to a traditional non portable number. I would like the old number back.

Re: Relocation gone wrong

Hi Leapy, You will have to contact Optus support or a trip to your nearest Optus Store.
Please make sure you have all easy access to your account details, numbers, relevant phone numbers etc.
If you cannot go to an Optus Store, I have found telephoning easier than using the messaging service.

Re: Relocation gone wrong

Hi @Leapy

If your number couldn't be relocated to the new address it's possible that you won't be able to get this number back. We won't be able to check this for you on the forum, so I'd recommend doing as Tigers1719 has advised above and get in touch with us. You can Message Us and speak with our Activations team via Track My Order.
