I booked a relocation of broadband for 4 Feb 2019 over 2 weeks ago. Days before the relocation Optus sent me an email saying connection will be made on 19 March 2019. Over 6 weeks delay. I have been unable to speak to anyone at Optus who can explain why there is such a delay or if the relocation can be brought forward to avoid 6 weeks without service. Has anyone had experience with relocating without an extended period without service?

Presumably the infrastructure has to be built? What postcode?
Are you going cable to cable? Or to ADSL?
