Regarding Internet Payment




I cannot seem to click on my Bill at Member Service Session, it keeps direct me to change billing address.


I believe i have not been paid the internet for two months now.


Can you please help?

Suggest you first contact Optus (Livechat) and find out what is due. You are possibly close to being cut off.


Alternatively if you know your monthly amount (say $80 a month?) add in $15 each month for a late fee and just deposit what's roughly needed (say $200 in this example). ANy overpayment is just kept to go towards your next bill anyway.
