So I the second callback didn't happen! But this morning I got on the chat through the Optus app on my iphone and finally got some help. They're sending out a technician tomorrow to look at the line. I don't have a reference number though.

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier regarding this benzema23. I had a quick look over the problem report and seems the issue related to jumpering at your MDF. Have you been able to get online since that was resolved? Maybe send me a PM if you still need a hand. Cheers

Don't worry you need to restart your modem and then check if your iiNet modem works correctly or not. If you have still any problem you have to go for assistance at iiNet Support. you experience the best service.
