So I the second callback didn't happen! But this morning I got on the chat through the Optus app on my iphone and finally got some help. They're sending out a technician tomorrow to look at the line. I don't have a reference number though.

Don't worry you need to restart your modem and then check if your iiNet modem works correctly or not. If you have still any problem you have to go for assistance at iiNet Support. you experience the best service.
