I have had a red mode light for 24 hours now. I have switched on and off after having read many blogs here from people with the same issue .
I have been on the phone to tech support for over half an hour and was cut off ! I need the Internet for the organising of a major event with deadlines looming and I am desperate
I need help and advice on how to fix this
Hey @Lindsey - are you able to clarify which modem light is red & what type of technology you're using? ADSL, NBN or Cable?
