Recurring disruptions of my internet

I am very disappointed in my NBN internet as I am experiencing disruptions of my internet on multiple occasions

It's disappointing to hear about your experience with your NBN internet @PZeimer. We have tools and teams that can help with getting your connection back into good shape. 

First things first, have you checked our Network Status Page for any outages, faults or planned works in the area? Make sure to click the "NBN, Cable & ADSL" tab and enter your address to check this. If there's an issue listed, you'll be able to register for updates. 

We also recommend going through our Home Internet Troubleshooting Guide and following those steps to see if it resolves your issues.
