Recurring WiFi OK but Ethernet ports have no internet

Hi, every few montth I have a recurring issue where for a few days, my WiFi will work but nothing connected to ethernet will work. I have disconnected and reconnected, reset, prayed. Previosuly tech support said they reset something at tehir end, which helped, but the tech support this time didnt have any clue. This keep occuring and is a massive pain.

I've seen a few people on here complaining about ethernet ports on the Optus modem not working. Sounds like a faulty modem to me though, I'd ask for a replacement
