Hi. I've just recontracted to a new service and I needed the confirmation contract paper for archival issues, the same as what you get 2 years ago. How can I get one?

Well, I need some kind of a legal document confirming that I have recontracted and when the new plan will start, basically. Is there such thing as that right now? What I got previously was an order confirmation email and I need one that says the order has been processed.

If you processed the order with sales, they will not send a printed contract as it is verbal.
Optus can send an email with the contract dates for you, maybe jump on webchat in your my Optus App and ask someone to send something to you.
The contract will start from the day of the order.
With the delivery, there will be documentation about the dates.
