I am enquiring on behalf of R Hannah and Co as we are still being charged AUD 30.00 and AUD 149.94 since December 2019. This subscription had been cancelled last year by our previous CFO Karen Urwin. Our Brisbane office is already closed and no longer require your services.
I contacted your help line, yet I always get disconnected - I am currently based in Auckland, NZ.
If the account is still open, please send us a final invoice in order for us to settle all charges and finally close the account.
