I got an email this morning from someone here asking had my questions been answered regarding the slow email, it has not been fixed yet so I guess I could happily suggest NO, questions not answered. I was talking to a friend who stupidly changed over to NBN with Optus, wow, isn't he a pissed off customer...he say's he would be happy with slow email as it would mean he actually had  internet.

Is it Optus webmail that is slow or pop mail?

It is Optus Email, everything else is fast, not Optus email, ages to upload, ages to send, ages to delete, anything at all to do with Optus email is dial up fast.

Yes I have agreed with 2 other people in the last couple of days that the speed has been absolute crap. I even made a tongue in cheek remark about the World Cup talking all the bandwidth. Smiley LOL Having said that the webmail today has been unbelievably fast. As a matter of fact logging in and loading the program is quicker than firing up Outlook. Have you noticed any improvement today and what is your general Internet speeds like?
