I sent a group email today and this had 11 yahoo email addresses in it.
I requested a delivery receipt and have had NOTHING back.
I have no idea if they got the messages or not but that was 12 hours ago. I had ccd myself and I have not received it.
I sent a test message to my yahoo account tonight and it has not been received.
So I don't think it's fixed.....
Might i suggest it was "fixed" by early Jan 2019 (from mid-Nov 18), but it seems to have recurred in the last week or so. This is based on, (i) more YesCrowd messages, and (ii) emails sent to a Yahoo friend were not received, and a follow up msg was received 21 hours later. Currently test emailing him again.
Optus: You MUST be aware this is an ongoing problem. Get your Level 2 and Level 3 Techs to monitor it.
I can no longer trust delivery of emails from my Optus Account to Yahoo Accounts any more - I created a GMail Account & use that which is very confusing to receipients, and extra work for me to maintain 2 accounts
Its about time Optus fixed this problem, or give users with an Optus Email account a discount for failure of delivery of contracted services
