My 'Home Broadband on Unlimited data Home Wireless' price has been $90.38 per month since the move from Vividwireless in August 2019 to the Optus 4G Plus network under the Optus brand. This month I was charged $105.39.
Can you explain why the price was changed? Given that it is a flat rate of $90.38. Already a very high monthly charge for unlimited internet.

You can only find out Billing Info contacting Optus directly (e.g. LiveChat). The reason for the increase should be itemised on the bill? $15 could be a late fee amount or perhaps something to do with FetchTV channel subscriptions changing?
