Hey Charlie, apologies for the delay in response. Did you speak to someone in regards to your prepaid service, since posting? You will first need to change your prepaid offer to the Long Expiry one. If you are still on the old offer and try to recharge it will only give the old offer validation period in your case 28 days. I can change the offer for you now just send me a private message with your service no, full name and date of birth to proceed.
