Hi Ryan (I work nights) but usually up by 10am Perth time I'm around all day today - did he ring my mobile or house phone I dont recall a missed call on my mobile. Thanks I have no data left on my phone now cos I apparently used 1.04 GB last night!

I cant believe my 5GB data plan was renewed on Sun 6/11 and by yesterday 9/11 I allegedly had used 90% ?? my history shows 

this amount would last 1mth NO WAY HAVE I USED THIS AMOUNT IN 3 DAYS!! (I  only use to download emails and did not

use until monday7/11--app 12 emails)

I would appreciate OPTUS RESTORING  AT LEAST 4.5GB of my mthly usage ASAP !!---

Hey Chucky123, was this on your mobile plan or for a mobile broadband SIM? Did you do any sort of auto software updates to the OS? Our Billing team can investigate further on 133697 or live chat here

I have the same problem. I might try the ombudsman and get a Telstra USb broadband. Blew $100
