you would think Optus only sold mobiles.
It is very difficult to find on my iPad, unless I happen to start in the right place on the page, or know to scroll for it. I missed it completely this morning.
so why is it still under investigation some 8-10hours later?
I can't answer that question Brian. If your service is still not working you might be best to jump on the live chat link below or the live chat in the Optus app and ask Optus support staff what is happening in your area.
