Phone and internet

We line in Booker Bay and the Optus site shows there are no faults in our area yet the internet is super slow and the landline still doesn't work.  There is definitely a fault and the neighbours phones also don't work.  How do you either lodge a fault or confirm that Optus is aware that there is a fault and is currently addressing the issue?

Hey Lawer, really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Has this concern since been fixed? I've checked and can see the tower is online.
