Permanent WEBMAIL password

I have had about 8 temporary webmail passwords. After chatting online with help I then go to technical help and they say it is a software problem that IT need to fix. My problem is when I go to Member Services to change my temporary webmail password a message appears stating "OOPS your MY ACCOUNT password has expired". Anyone with any ideas

sad, but you will really have to wait as the only way to change your password is thru logging in to member services

I continued with phoning Optus technical and FINALY found a smart lady who took me through the process that was a different method from the previous ones. I cannot remember how she did it but it begs the question regarding the training of other technical officers as to why they could not solve the problem. Thanks for ther contributions.
