Paid late account - need home broadband switched back on

How and when will my home broadband come back on, I paid my bill late and I think it was switched off

I would think so unless its extremely late and you have ignored all warnings. Maybe try the report a payment and see what that does. I would also restart all your equipment if you haven't already done so. Failing that you would need to speak with support.
