PROBLEM with new emails

ALL my NEW emails appear as READ when they have NOT been read! They do not appear bold with a blue dot and all appear as 'read'.

This is extremely frustrating as this affects my OUTLOOK emails as well - and is a webmail issue which has been occurring  for as long as THREE MONTHS! There is no need to call Tech support as when I do (have called at least 5 times!) as they tell you that it is a problem with their site and they can't help - and have NO idea when this will be fixed.

I am seriously considering dropping Optusnet as my email and just going with my gmail account, which functions extremely efficiently!
