Been with Optus for 3 months and every account I have received has been incorrect.
Their claim of "no sneaky charges" is a load of crap. Have been told there is no Australian
call centre to speak to and online chat is only interested in NBN customers. I do not intend
to ring Mumbai every month for Optus to refund the incorrect charges. Optus get you to sign your
life away to obtain 24 month contract.....I should be able to cancel contract without any penalties
due to their incompetence.
Write a letter to the complaints department detailing the current issues and what you want recredited / fixed.
They'll get back pretty fast and look to resolve pretty fast.
If it doesn't work then forward submission to the TIO with the same details and let them sort it out for you.
