Hi - on Tuesday my internet was working as it should. Wednesday there was an outage in Victoria so I had no internet at home (bit annoying) . It was back Thursday but the speed is now rubbish. It’s currently around .23mps. I can’t download or stream. Very frustrating. Can you please advise what I need to do? I have turned modem on and off 4 times and restarted fetch box a few times. Please tell me what I need to do. Btw I was not able to ring for support last night because it was after 7pm AEST.
Is it just the Fetchbox that has this issue or is everything using your internet connection not working properly? Not sure about that speed you posted if that is bits or bytes. Maybe you could run the test again off the link below. You could also check your area for issues using the Optus service status page on the second link as there might be ongoing problems.
