I've been trying to register on https://latreg.acer.edu.au/
On Optus Cable, the connection times out; a traceroute seems to go nowhere -- seems to get stuck at 184.108.40.206 even though 220.127.116.11 is only a few hops after that. From work, traceroute gets there after 21 hops total.

Using a 4G modem doesn't help to resolve the network routing issue. Which has since been fixed. In the meantime, I've had to pay a $50 late fee because we couldn't connect to the site last Friday.

Hey @wom-bat - did you have to pay to late fee to Optus? We generally don't charge $50 late fees.
