Optus rethinks how customers problems are solved

Hi

I thought this may be of interest for those who have not seen this article. It would be a great way forward to the often met difficulties in getting problems solved by Optus.

For some reason Google thinks I'm interested in articles about Optus and keeps popping up suggestions to read Smiley Indifferent

Umm no a Post Office laptop. My son got the better end of the deal with a PCCG gaming machine. Smiley Sad
