Optus not emailing invoice for internet

I am not getting invoices for the internet acc no’s 0885681859 EMAIL one or I’ll go to the Ombudsman

Optus does not officially respond in the Yes Crowd.
You can message Optus from the My Optus app, Facebook or Twitter re your invoices.
