Optus landline

my Optus business landline has suddenly changed and displays as a "private no caller ID" to the recipient whenever I dial out. I cannot change this option on my phone, What has happened and how can I get my number to display, as a business I do not want people to disregard my calls because they do not know who it is from!

Hey there @jenny3798. It's no great to hear about you caller ID issue with your landline. If you are able to reach out to our messenger team via the My Optus app, they should be able to help out in having this matter resolved from there.
