Optus doesn't allow access to my Iprimus voip number

Why do people ringing my Iprimus voip number get a message from Optus saying "the number you have dialled is disconnected"

Hi @Opuseless, is it any number from any provider calling your VOIP number getting the same error message or only Optus mobile customers calling are affected? Have you raised this with your service provider (iPrimus)?
