Just a comment on Optus customer service. Contacted them yesterday about a VOIP service not working. After an hour of clumsy suggestions - reboot, remove and reinsert cables, reboot again, reset etc. I was told that there was an outage in my area and the chat session was terminated. There was NO outage in my area.
