Optus advises the number is disconnected

When calling a landline in the Netherlands i'm getting the message "Optus advises that the number is disconnected". 

I've been calling this number (family) for years w/o issues so is there currently a problem with international calls?

Has there been any changes to your account a new plan etc since you last called the number?
I was thinking that maybe something was not done during the Plan change etc

Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.
