Having trouble clicking on buttons on Optus Web Page account like what account, waht card and pay bill and logout. I have to use the tab key to manouvre around to highlight the required button and then hit enter.
It is very labour intensive.
I have no issues with any other sites I access!

What operating system and browser are you using? It does sound like a browser related issue to me and it could be a plugin causing that behaviour. Have you tried another browser?

Using Microsoft edge.
no other web pages have this navigation issue.

On the Optus home page are you given the option at the very top of the page to use the new Optus site?
Or are you already using it?
Have you tried both the old and new?
