Optus Uncontactable

I cancelled my Optus account last week, but I have received an account for the next month. The account seems to have no contact details. My next step will be to contact the TIO, as I can't seem to contact Optus.

That bill you received may have been generated prior to the cancellation. Why can't you contact Optus? I find Live Chat a very easy option - http://yesopt.us/chat2us
