Received an email advising Optus tech will arrive between 8-12 on the 8/11. Waited for tech to arrive, no show by 12.15, contact optus via online chat, to be told that tech would arrive in next hour. Followed up again at 3pm via online chat to be told this time tech didn’t show show because of a “back end problem with order”. Called the chat specialist out on the conflict of information, asked for order to be cancelled as the service is terrible and misleading. Time to search for a better provider, terrible service Optus.
