Customers can monitor this anytime by visiting the service status page and clicking on the Outages tickbox after entering the location.
I have been to the page you suggested and that is why I know that there is some outage. That page also stipulates that the fault is under investigation but it does not say when it will be resolved. The page status has not changed for the last 40+ hours.

There is no ETA we're able to provide, "We're working hard to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience" is the same info we have on our public forum.
