I have a problem customer that keeps calling. How do I block their number on my optus loop handset?

Hey @advanced, its not great to see you are being hassled on your Optus Loop calling settings. I would recommend having a look into our Optus Loop Features which will provide you with some more information on the service and advise further on how to block unwanted calls.

Unfortunately its trivial for any one to just not send their number or to just use a different phone. Hopefully they'll desist but otherwise all you can do is let them know you're not interested in pursuing the matter further and hang up.
