Optus Fetch & Internet

I am a cable customer changing houses and Optus doesn't provide an entertainment service at the new one.

I have signed a new contract with Telstra and wish to cancel my 2 accounts (No's 6219 6402 077 & 6219 6007 926) with effect from 9th September 2019.

Please advise the procedure.
